No, but I always build a Korean team on FUT. Super pacey and fun to play with. At least it used to be. Don't think they'd play so well now that pace has been nerf'd.

Haven't been playing a ton lately, but I just had a PK loss to Liverpool in the Capital 1 Cup. Was kind saddening. Will be doing a big update once the transfer window closes as I've made a ton of roster changes.

2nd Season Intro -
Alright, the transfer window has closed and I did quite a bit of fiddling to get my team to where it is right now. I participated in another Dutch tournament and won $2.1 million from it. My goal this season is guaranteed promotion to the Championship and I certainly have a tough road ahead of me.
Transfer In:
Maxwel Cornet - 70 ST - 19 - $1.6 million | $15k/week
This guy was my big win of the transfer window. He's a big, strong, fast striker and is the perfect replacement for James Wilson.
Russel Teibert - 67 CDM - 23 - $800k | $8k/week
Alexandr Zuev - 67 LW/RW - 20 - $900k | $7k/week
Maxime Dupe - 69 GK - 23 - $1.1 million | 8.5k/week
Patrick Mullins - 65 ST - 24 - 2 Yr Loan w/ 500k option - 5k/week
Ben Swanson - 66 CM - 18 - 1 Yr Loan w/ 650k option - 3k/week
Transfer Out:
James Wilson - $2.5 million to Eintracht Frankfurt
Had an incredible amount of offers for him. With 20 goals and 10 assists in League Two, he was due for a big club.
Genaro Snjiders - $800k to Burnley
Julian Jenner - $450k to Colchester
I also sent out some of my younger players on loan + Hayhurst, Stead, and Burke. I have about 8k in wage budget to resign people. I'm focusing on my young RB/RM Hewitt in hopes that he'll re-sign.

Think I just encountered a glitch. Signed a 20 y/o striker to a 2 year loan with the option to buy for about 600,000. When it came time to pay the fee and sign the player it said his current contract was 0 years and 0 pounds. No matter how much I offered (demanding 5,000) he kept saying he liked where he is and doesn't want to move--- offered him 100,000/wk for a 72 OVR just to test and see if it was a money thing. The season ended I never signed him. It took my 600,000, though. Now he's back with his original team.

You did try reloading before the initial prompt to buy the player from the option came up?
I encountered a similar thing where James Wilson just went back to Manchester anyways, so I reloaded and it worked the second time through.
Sure. I'm going to be buying another winger, fullback, and potentially another GK in the next window. I can only really give <7k wages, so if you can give me a list of promising players in that range, please let me know.

Figured I'd share my entertaining Career story so far...
Started with League 2 Luton Town (god they were awful), my goals were to make the rnd of 32 in my league Cup (which I ended up winning) and to gain automatic promotion.
Well I fell just short of that goal, finishing 3rd, but managed to win the promotion playoff...
Season ends and I get FIRED (after ONE season), so I get a job at League 1 Chesterfield, and then happen to beat Luton Town to clinch relegation for them.
So suck it Luton Town

I have a 72 rated 16 y/o GK. Training the shite out of him on the youth squad to eventually replace Hart.
I offer him a contract to promote him to the big squad. He declines because the contract is too long. It's one year. WTF

I've never ran into that. Only youth problem I've run into is players leaving without saying anything beforehand at the end of the season.

I had it happen. He wouldn't sign no matter how much money I offered. Once the season ended and the new one started I offered and he signed. Hopefully that'll work for you too.

I hate how long it takes for them to update player ratings. Mahmoud Dahoud has been a monster for Gladbach and he's a 64 in the game. SMH
