Still a lot of smoke to the Yarmolenko rumors. Not sure how reliable but it sounds like there is at least a chance

Everton are willing to meet Andriy Yarmolenko’s 20m Euros release clause as they step up their pursuit of the Ukrainian star.

The Blues have opened talks with Dynamo Kiev over the transfer of the 25-year-old.

Everton are hoping to tie up a deal for Yarmolenko before the September 1 transfer deadline but negotiations with Dynamo are unlikely to be straightforward even if they do trigger the buy-out fee.

Ukrainian clubs are notorious for driving a hard bargain and are likely to demand a large chunk of the money up front.

Yarmolenko, who scored against Everton in the last 16 of the Europa League last season, is keen on a move to the Premier League.

Its happening?

From Metro

"Everton ‘preparing transfer offer for £6.4m rated Bayern defender."

Not sure if this is total BS or not.

Hopefully it's buying a back up for Stones.

I saw that too. I've heard mixed review on him.

Rumors picking up again on Yarms, meanwhile, Stoke boards are baffled he might go to Everton. They're a special lot.

The River Plate defender has undergone a medical and agreed personal terms on a £5.5m deal.

Mori flew into England on Friday morning and could now be unveiled to the fans at Goodison Park ahead of Sunday’s game with Manchester City.

Mori is in the stands at Goodison Park. Looks like that's a done deal.

First game I got to watch start to finish. Wasn't too mad at the outcome but that backline seems shaky to me. Glad to know they got another piece for it

Yep. Today is a tough loss but City is playing really well right now. Luckily Spurs haven't been in the greatest form so I think we've got a decent chance to at least come away with a point next week.

Agreed. Hopefully we get a bounce our way.
