IF we get knocked out of UCL tomorrow, and IF these rumors are true and Moyes is sacked, I can see it going one of two ways. Van Gaal or Giggs steps in as caretaker until the end of the season.

The problem with Moyes is that nothing positive has been shown. The tactics are completely horrendous. There's nothing creative about the style of play at all. Also, the fact that the players show no motivation or confidence is very telling. How can none of these players have any drive on the pitch against Liverpool?
He inspires nothing from the team and frankly I'm scared at the prospect of giving him money to try and sign all sorts of players only to have the same problem happen next season. There's a difference between losing and being embarrassed and this team has been completely embarrassed. I was on the give him time boat until I felt like this team regressed. Time to cut ties and bring someone in who can put a stele of football out there that may be successful and build a team to accomplish as much.

he's literally shown nothing, absolutely nothing. His team selections have been subpar, his tactics and unwillingness to adjust (which is odd for him b/c apparently he's supposed to be some kind of reactionary tactical genius) have been awful.
I'll say it again, I think given another year he could and would improve but I think it's too late. He's lost the confidence of the fans, and is borderline losing the locker room it appears. I hate to say it because I don't want the position to become a revolving door, but he's got to go. Give me Kloppo or someone with experience managing a massive club with massive players.

again, im a leeds fan so for all i care man united can crumble into a sinkhole full of dicks, but it would be foolish to sack him any time before the end of the year at the earliest.
look at the latest team that just dick slapped them. livepool did not have a great year last year under rodgers but they stood by him. i remember them getting hammered by west brom in the first game last year. rodgers seems to know what kind of player he needs, moyes has not done well in the market and needs a very good summer if he even lives to see that day.

Personally I hope Moyes stays awhile - not because I don't think he can/will be successful, but because I don't think he'll be so dominant that he'll be guaranteed top 4 like SAF.
Frankly, though, if you're a ManU fan you have to worry about blowing too much of your transfer budget on poor Moyes decisions heading into next season and it taking longer to correct because of it.
