This is awesome. That guy had a better chance of running into Cara Delevingne after the game, starting a relationship, marriage, kids, and a divorce to go along than he had hitting that defender.

I was there, it was probably the best part of the game. I thought the LSU student section was bad at throwing paper airplanes, this was going on nonstop throughout the match. They gave out these stupid things that looked like fans that you were supposed to clap with that everybody converted into paper airplanes. It was pretty amusing.

If I remember, a pint was like £5 or 6. I didn't even bother with it though, I haven't bought alcohol in a stadium since I made the wrong choice of buying the gf a $15 margarita at Cowboy Stadium. What's weird is that you can't bring the beer to your seat like in America. Wembley is awesome though, one of the best stadiums I've ever been to.

Seems to be a rugby v soccer thing. I've been able to bring beer to every rugby match, but none to a soccer match.

The craziest part about Wembley is how at least 3/4 of the stadium heads to the same tube station at the same time. This isn't from last night but it gives you an idea of how many people are heading in the same direction at once.
