Does Arsenal play as wide-open and free-flowing IRL as they do in FIFA 14?

I'm absolutely loving being a striker for Arsenal is my FIFA 14 MyPlayer right now. They're so wide open and it's awesome to play with. It would also be incredibly fun to watch IRL. Is that an accurate interpretation of how they actually play or is it just FIFA? If so, Arsenal may be challenging Liverpool for my rooting interests.

Don't cop a fricking attitude

I could take a rubbish side like Celtic and make them a crazy attacking team or make Arsenal play 10 men behind the ball and park the bus.

Best way id describe Arsenal under The Professor is free flowing football with interchangeable parts.

Hit it

Arsene Wagner likes to play "beautiful football". This article is kinda helpful. It might not cover everything, but it's a start.

Not real. Someone took a Nike kit and Photoshopped it with Puma logos and just the white cannon.

It's different, though, when you only have control of one player instead of the whole team. Then the CPU plays more of the style it's pre-programmed to play.

Is he doing that or controlling the whole team

In my player career I control the whole team, dont want others fricking up causing me to take L's.

I play the whole team also. As an attacking midfielder I can play more 1-2 passing and get run in on goal.

Arsenal plays really open and creative as the computer on FIFA. I find them relatively tougher than other teams to beat. The computer does adapt some of each squads stylistic approaches.

I play as only my player. If it were me I would play like it with anyone. But I don't find it true to the game mode to control everything.

That sucks. Have any confirmed pics been made of this year's kits?

yes, Arsenal is the best. Wide open, attacking football. If you like that sort of thing, you'll like being a Gooner.

1. You don't have to call it that. 2. I think that's shopped.

Well, it *is* a kit. "Uniform" doesn't sound right.

That's not the uni. Arsenal try to play open like that, similar to barcelona. But over the last several years the quality has gone down with lack of depth because of lack of funds. It hasn't been pretty and quite frustrating as a fan. I love the team and I think this is the season we turn it around with some better luck on the injury front. Including needing wilshere, the guy pictured above, to come of age like Aaron Ramsey has. The probable final few years of the Wenger era should be a fun ride.
