Wellback might be the signing of the window. Wasn’t expecting anything from him but he is quality. If Palestra and Barco contribute, that window will be terrific and that doesn’t even include Morgan who is class.

I’ve never seen a home team not have a ball ready to go for the players when they need to take a quick throw like at Chelsea. Ball goes out and we’re frantically looking for a ball. Wtf is up with that

For all the talk on TV about the new set piece coach, we still cant defend set pieces and we rarely put corner kicks in the box. These short corners have been awful and oftentimes put force us to defend a break.

International break is coming at the right time. Hopefully Ciacedo is back in October. Hopefully Colwil finds his 2024 form. It’s crazy that they cannot field a complete squad with the money they are spending. The set piece coach can stay gone. Still cannot defend corners or throws into the box. Haven’t come close to scoring from one.

This won’t change until Fofana and Colwill are out of the club. I trust Xavi will make those changes in the summer window. They are lazy as hell and just not Premier League quality. Look at what we’ve done- shipped off Tosin, Sanchez and Chalobah and nothing has changed. It’s those two shite stains need to be shown the door.

easy now, brentford is in 4th in the table right now
I think CFC needs to try to be in the Top 8 by the January window, find some Midfield help and make a run at Champion’s League and Top 3 in the second half of the campaign playing once a week while everyone is playing in Europe and playing twice a week

We keep saying need midfield help-
We need PL caliber defenders! We have zero outside of Lecroix. That dinosaur Henderson played well yesterday- it’s not a midfield issue. It is the back line and until we address it, gaffers will continue to hit the unemployment line. Why can’t anyone see this?
