Are we still hot for Kounde? I think at this point we have to give Silva another year if he wants it. Maybe Azpi too but he might want a multi-year deal which I doubt we would give. Cross our fingers Chalobah is ready to take the next step?

Azpi and Silva back, azpi could agree to a transfer back to spain

christensen and rudi gone

should have money for kovacic and kounde now

gallagher recalled from CP - definitely

Jorgi and Alonso gone? probably

james leaving for RM? highly doubtful

they would probably like to sell Blukaku, but doubt there will be any takers at that price

Ziyech to be sold too? he would fit on one of the french teams - probably

chalobah is back

chilly is back from injury

could see them sell puli to save money, but I doubt it - too valuable

need ownership announcement ASAP to move on

Are we just not offering Rudiger what he wants financially or just wants a change of scenery or what? Just don't understand how we could let him get away.

rumors are CFC offered 230k per week and he turned it down

that is probably leaked from CFC, also i have seen where he turned down 170k per week before the season

today tuchel blamed the sanctions but that smells like an excuse to me

Convert to back four (not enough elite CBs) and two-striker system (only way to get Lukaku going and they spent too much on him not to get him going).

Try to bring in Kounde, an outside back, and a striker who pairs well with Lukaku. The rest is fine and will fit into whatever specific scheme Tuchel wants to play.

He wants to go to the best.

Yall can have Hazard back if that helps.

We’ll take Hazard at Zenit.

He sucks but he might still have enough to school some kid from Ufa.

Jorgi to Juventus?

maybe so

Club’s first ‘contacts’ to sign Chelsea midfielder ‘took place in recent days’ – ‘Waiting for signals’ from London

quote:

Despite being such an instrumental player for Chelsea over the last couple of years, it appears that Jorginho’s time at Stamford Bridge could be coming to an end.

A return to Italy is expected, with his agent telling the local media as much every couple of weeks, but his next club remains a mystery.

Few could afford his current wages, but the likeliest out of those who can are Juventus, who are expected to undergo something of a revolution this summer.

Max Allegri’s first season since his return hasn’t gone to plan, and while a new manager isn’t expected to come in, some player turnaround should take place.

Chelsea’s Jorginho appears to be the ideal man for the midfield, and Calciomercato report ‘the first exploratory contacts’ between the player’s entourage and Juventus ‘took place in recent days’.

While the player is ‘fine’ where he is, he ‘doesn’t rule out a return to Italy’ as the ‘temptation to try a new professional experience doesn’t leave him indifferent’.

In fact, Federico Cherubini at Juventus has ‘memorised’ his financial requests and is ‘now waiting for signals from London’.

First, however, two things need to happen: Arthur needs to be sold and the ownership at Chelsea needs to change.

Jorginho can leave. Rom staying or going is the big question. Was hoping Inter would take him back but that doesn’t look likely. Lotta holes to fill this summer. Please announce new ownership soon.

Rudi out
Christensen out
Jorginho out

One, maybe two, of Hudson Odoi/Pulisic/Ziyech out

Would like to see Werner out but I'm probably not that lucky.

Don't know how Rom comes back to play for Tuch but I guess we'll see.

Chelsea: New owners facing instant £100m transfer bill to replace Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen
Chelsea have made major mis-steps in planning for the future of their defence... with the new owners counting the cost

quote:

Chelsea’s new owners will have to pay in the region of £3billion to get the keys to Stamford Bridge. And no sooner than they walk through the door, they will have to get the wallet out again.

That is just to get Thomas Tuchel’s squad back to where it is right now, let alone the money required to turn them into serious challengers to Manchester City and Liverpool.

By conservative estimates, the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen robs Tuchel of around £100million-worth of talent.

It strips away two thirds of the defence that won them the Champions League last season and breaks up what has undoubtedly been the heart of Tuchel’s success.

In the case of Rudiger, Chelsea will lose one of the three best defenders in the Premier League over the past two years, alongside Virgil van Dijk and Ruben Dias.

Where has CHO gone? Completely off the radar. I’d say he goes along with maybe Ziyech.

Pulisic is like that movie moneyball. Seems like he’s never involved or a high caliber of consistent playing but somehow he scores when you need it most out of no where. I’d kinda be surprised at this point if he got sold. I could see Ziyech and CHO moving on

Ready for the season to end. All this ownership drama, player movement rumors, etc is obviously affecting our play. Let’s limp to a top 4 finish and hope for a FA cup silverware and get on with the new beginning.

Can’t wait for Chilwell to be back. Reece was dominant and Chilly on the LWB spot makes us amazing going forward.

Losing Chilly derailed our hopes for EPL silverware. Then Reece. Been a very long year and the guys are running out of gas. And Rudi looks like he’s mailed it in.

What a disappointing match at GP. Although I had to chuckle a bit when 7 minutes of stoppage time was announced.

While there are any areas of frustration, Dave in particular has had a really rough go of it as of late. From an errant pass and a give away in the Area that both led to quick goals, to playing Ronoldo onside for his score in the United match. Just hate to see one of my favorite Chelsea players perform so poorly.

Thomas' hands are tied, but I presume that there isn't another option that he is comfortable with. As others have stated, I wish that the FA Cup could be played tomorrow and that the season would end immediately thereafter.
