Yeah, I'm assuming they'll pair him with Zouma. Then you'll get Thiago's leadership/ability to organize things with Zouma's pace to help compensate for speed Thiago has lost.

He will be more than good enough for at least this next season. He’s probably my favorite PSG player ever, plays the game the right way.

Looks like Ziyech is wearing #22 today. Does that mean Pulisic will have a new number this season, maybe #10?

That ball in from Ziyech on the first goal made me feel things deep down inside my soul.

Ziyech is roaming pretty freely at times. Wonder if he will get more license to do that and Pulisic will stay wide on the other side more? Also, Ziyech and Werner are interchanging. Ziyech furthest forward at times.

Looks like Havertz deal is done. Now go get a keeper.

Yeah, I posted in the transfer thread, but Peter Bozs confirmed it himself in an interview earlier.

If any reliable outlet starts reporting Donnarumma, this might be the best transfer window in premier league history

Don’t know much about Donnarumma but I like what I’ve read. I’ll take anything at this point.

With Roman throwing mad cash around, has there been any talk of Chelsea going after Upamecano? I think if Chelsea were able to grab him they’d have the final piece in a squad that could dominate for the next decade.

Blues have set Kante’s price at 80MM. Love him but he can’t stay healthy and it looks at though Frank wants to load this club with youth. A sale will offset all the spending being done currently with Rice and a keeper still in need.

there was the usual tabloid links up until he signed the new deal with RB.

He has a very reasonable release clause that kicks in next summer, and since RB dont really NEED to sell, hard to see a deal happening at reasonable price currently. never know with this window tho.

I think Chelsea decided to build from the front. Thiago Silva was a stopgap signing. I'd be shocked if we don't heavily pursue a CB next summer. Upamecano. Skriniar if he stays at Inter again. Etc.

Yeah I think the Kai Havertz availability has a lot to do with this. Too good to pass up. CB is still a top priority for next summer though. In the meantime we may still add Rice who is another option at the back, but only if we keep Kante. If Kante goes, rice would be his direct replacement. I’d feel a lot better if we can sign rice now, and keep Kante for one more run.

What about keeper? I can’t see going into the season with Kepa and Willy. There hasn’t been much noise about this lately.
