Yeah, it's going to be miserable watching us without any actual wingers. I'd honestly love to see us try a 3-5-2 with Giroud/Timo up top. Let Chilwell/Alonso bomb down the left and Reece provide the width out right.

He's a great player. Y'all will all be moaning when we sell him to Bayern for a loss and he averages 15 goals/15 assists for 10 seasons. Does he fit the way we're currently set up? Maybe not. But I have faith he can still find his feet.

I am not sure what havertz is, he hasnt looked like a scorer and he hasnt looked like an assist man, he just runs around

I read where Kai’s COVID experience was bad and his recovery has taken longer than expected. Not that he was setting the world on fire before he got sick, but it speaks to his slow return.

Everybody was latching on to Raiola's comments, but Pogba was talking about how hard it was to get back to full fitness after COVID as well. Most guy's seem to make it back pretty quickly, but that's not always the case, it seems.

i read he was bed ridden for like 10 days. That has to affect you. Rodrigo only had minor symptoms and was basically zapped of his match fitness after quarantine

If I remember correctly, McCaig was talking about how exhausted he was when he had it. Most people I know who have had it have just felt worn out for weeks. Can't imagine how hard it must be to try to play at a world class athlete's level after it.
