Saw the last 30 min of each half and it looked a lot like Chelsea of last year. Get the lead and then waste multiple chances to kill the game away and almost gave it away late.
Got fortunate Sporting missed a couple of great chances in the last 5 min or so.

Schurrle looked like his was pressing against Sporting. One of his worst matches that I can remember. However, I still think he creates chances...just needs to finish them. Willian was average to me and I am keeping my fingers crossed that Salah eventually becomes a solid player for us. He has great speed and quickness but lacks quality in the final 1/3 right now.
Interested to see who starts against Arsenal. I have been happy with Oscar lately...he is even putting in defensive effort.
I expect Dave back in the lineup over Luis...Felipe hasn't done anything to make me think he should be the choice over Azpi.
