Whats the issue with Raul? He was always a tidy player for us... definitely no world beater, but was a good B2B MF'er

You want him back?

You can have him on a free, we'll throw in Malouda and Yossi too.

I am thinking very hard and I cannot come up with a more consistently poor performing EPL player who gets regular time on the field. His long range ripper every 6 weeks must be keeping him afloat.

He definitely wouldn't fit with Liverpool now that they aim to play like Barca.

Maybe he'd fit in with like Stoke

So how excited should I be about this Super Cup? Obviously I hope we win and want the trophy but just being one game is it that big of a deal?

Is it wrong that I would be more excited about playing a regular PL game?

Nope. Its more of a showcase game for the Europa and UCL champs. Nothing important.

should Chelsea lose, *meh*, and proceed to insert numerous excuses in your posts should anyone bring it up.

if Chelsea wins, go full tard.

I'll be honest, Chelsea looks to have the makings of a serious side this season.

I expect them to win the Supercup, but then again, it seems the UEFA/Europa winner seems to always pip this thing.

If Chelsea plays, I want them to win. For Gods sake, their keeper is our player. I did see where he is playing. Hopefully he will lay down. I want a cup so we can post more pics of our team celebrating.

Hey Beezy, this is that article I was talking about. Clearly written by an Arsenal fan, possibly from TD.

Blame Messi

I woke up this morning to hear there is trouble in China and that Shanghai is set to let Drogba go. The shareholders are upset that the team is 10th out of 16 and don't want to pay Drogba's ridiculous salary. Cue the Drogba back to Chelsea rumors. Next thing I see is that we had a visitor today at Cobham, none other than Didier Drogba. I don't like this a bit. I love Drogba, he did great things for us, but it's time to move on. The last thing Torres needs is Drogba back in the dressing room.
