I think the logic is less "result watching" and more that weekday matches need to be in the evening.
I think they do usually play ones in Russian time zones earlier.
What sucks is that the UEFA channels don't stagger/repeat the broadcasts!

looks like i'm going to have to record most of these. bvb needs to get off on the right foot this year. they have a solid team, but this group might spell trouble. i think they advance this year, klopp is a damn fine coach and think he has learned from the debacle last campaign

Directv has awesome coverage of all the Champion's league games except for the ones on FSP. It does the same with Europa league also.

directv does their sports coverage the right way, but they are dropping goltv. so my odds of ever switching are now gone
