There is room for Willian in a team but the other attackers have to be better than what we have. Willian is going to give very little going forward. Especially against a team packing the box.
His only value in the attack is being part of a break. That first goal he scored at the beginning of the season and his little turn between two defenders yesterday that set up our goal were about the only times all season he contributed to a goal from somewhat of a buildup.
He gives away possession cheaply far too often.

He's probably not very good in practice then.
