They are off on wages right now...but if they get that right, you can see Bale on the RW with Alexis on the LW with Lukaku up front. I like that. His leadership would be welcome.

Yeah, I would’ve taken Bale over Alexis. But I like Rashford and Martial and Lingard too much.

It’s pretty obvious martial is going to leave after not making the world cup roster and barely playing the second half of the season

Bale to ManU

That way Martial can see the light and come on down to White Hart Lane

See the light?

What light would that be? Take a huge pay cut and join a middling top 6 team that never wins anything at all?

I'm saying that as a supporter of another top 6, more or less middling team that hasn't won anything in forever.

And is he going to play Left Back again?

Lord knows Jose would love signing another attacker to defend.

He’s probably referring to Pogba playing more of a defensive role instead of letting him join the attack more. Add in the fact that Bale came up playing LB at Southampton and I’d say it was a nice bantz post.

You don’t want bale because you have fricking lingard?

Try reading my post again.

I don't want Bale if United already have Alexis AND have guys like Martial and Rashford and Lingard. (Lingard, by the way, was one of United's most consistent players of the season and had a hot run of form at one point.)

I'd rather those young guys continue to get playing time at United instead of sinking money into yet another superstar yet inconsistent player on the wing.

If Alexis wasn't already at the club, I would be all for a Bale transfer. But United have other needs and good young players on the wing.

He said attacker, Pogba isn't one of those.

Martial isn't on big wages, probably would have Levy liking his lips. Since hes on 65k a week.

Real Madrid charges 200 million for Bale. and his 4 years wages will be 135 million. so, the total amount will be 335 million.

Not sure if serious my friend so excuse me if I didn’t get the sarcasm. Martial & Rashford aren’t in the same galaxy as Gareth Bale. Assuming he can have better luck going forward with injuries, Bale would be plugged into Mourinho’s lineup immediately and play every week for United.

United don’t need another massive £100 mil+ signing or anyone making £800K a week wages to screw up their scale even more.

They need 2-3 £40-50 mil guys who can fill in asap. Lukaku, Pogba and Alexis need consistent performers around them who realize play goes through them, but can step up if need be, so essentially a handful more Lingards.

Bale, while an extraordinary talent, is not what United needs.
