@Nanas08 Really disappointed with glassman. I'm still an Arsenal player and should be cheered on. glass should have picked the game over the girl.

Pretty good read on our current situation. Paints a fair picture, I think.

We need players, but I don't necessarily buy the doom and gloom. Wenger screwed up this summer by aiming to hold onto Fabregas and Nasri. Should have sold them in June, and gotten replacements.

I'd be nice if Kroneke would go ahead and pay off the stadium debt, or give Wenger some kind of transfer kitty. Or buy out those terrible Emirates and Nike commercial contracts. Or talk to Wenger.

I'm just glad that the transfer window is still open. Although I have said this before, surely he has to act now.

We're on the brink of crashing out of the Champions League and an Old Trafford visit away from getting 1 pt in out of our first 3 matches, which is how we ended last season. We've sold our best player and most of our squad players and replaced them with kids. I agree with you that Wenger screwed up in that regard, but I think it's a bit more dire than you put it. I think it was a crucial mistake that could cost us greatly. If we flame out of the Champions League that's an incredible amount of money down the drain.

This last game got me thinking but why is it that whenever Arsenal lose the media deems it as them imploding or folding under the pressure. I mean every team loses. I realize the stature of Arsenal and the supporters and the pressure of being a big club but still. I don't know if its just me

We still have a 1-0 lead going into the game with Udinese. And crashing out might do our board some good with regards to the transfer market.

Away against a team that could have easily scored against us with severe injury issues.

I don't think losing 30mil would help our transfer activity.

That would be a splash. His price could be anywhere from 15M to 60M depending on how bad RM wants to offload him. Also, I think his salary is massive.

That's from left field...I don't even know what I'd think of that.

I think the only source, or the primary one, is from People newspaper which has as much credibility as goal, dailymail, etc.

this move would be curious. Wenger interested in Yann M'Vila

Wouldn't mind that.

Mancini said he expects Nasri to join MCFC in the next couple of days. Also, that Nasri being cup-tied in the CL would be a deal breaker, but I think everyone knew that.

Valencia announce they have an agreement with Chelsea for the sale of Juan Mata. Can't help but wonder if we blew that chance sitting on Cesc and Nasri all summer.

That's really great news. Wilshere is going to be important for us.

I actually didn't know that. Very impressive. At the same time, Paolo Maldini made maybe one or two tackles a game, yet was still a great defender. Those tackles don't say anything about positioning, though. De Jong is so good in that regard. It's just two styles of defending, and it's mostly preference of what you want.

Double figures in tackles during the Liverpool - Arsenal game.
