Ramsey confidence low...

Obviously. Poor kid. He's only been back a year and he's already the new Denilson for some reason.

Yeah rough year. Pressed into more action than he should have been and on top of that, Speed's suicide. Still a top talent. He should be fine, but needs a break to get going.

Incidentally when he seemed to start slumping. Then last year his friend was stabbed in the face while in Cardiff.

I mean he hasn't played badly, but he's played hesitantly, as if afraid to make the wrong decision. At the same time he's shown much more confidence dribbling. The development of players is rarely straightforward, so I suppose this dip isn't surprising.

What kind of player is Jay-Emmanuel Thomas? There's a link out that Fulham are looking at possibly bringing him in during the summer for a couple million pounds.

Damn. That would be a surprising move. I haven't kept up with him since he left, but he was supposed to be a mega-talent. On the ball he's technically superb, and he has the body size that would give most CB's a handful. He probably would have broken into the Arsenal first team if he remained in defense. Something might come together for him, but his attitude is a worry, as well as his workrate. He's an excellent dribbler, and destroyed the reserve league his last year here.

So wit Arteta done, yall expect ramsey to start the last 4 games, who else do we have? Diaby? This really sucks, i feel like the wind is neing taken out of our sails, im praying for at least 1 point ahainst chelsea.

Someone care to explain again to me what happens if chelsea wins the CL and doesnt finish top 4? Does the 4th place team get knocked out?

I think the Ox will get some opportunity centrally. He was great in that role vs Milan. Surprised he hasn't been back in it since.

Thats actually what i want to see. I want to see him get 65-70 minutes if thats where wenger wants to see him, not 15 minutes. With that he can still keep benayoun out left and have gerv to sub in.

Maybe im mistaken, but it looked like he was staying central against wigan. hence why i would prefer him to starr and get into the game rather than be thrown on late.

This has got me thinking, we really need another foward. I wish we had someone to shove up top with Rvp in games like the wigan game. Its frustrating to see RVP with no support wjen we are trailing.

Well, we're (like pretty much all clubs) linked with someone new almost every day. There may be nothing at all to it.

Apparently he's been playing well, and Ipswich aren't in great financial shape. I guess there could be something to it if he's cheap, wouldn't be much risk involved.

From what I've heard he's more of an attacking midfielder who likes to play off a main striker. That's like half of Fulham's team seemingly. We need actual strikers, although Clint could certainly leave this summer and that's one less attacking midfielder.

I am posting in this thread to get it back on the first page as well as mention that tomorrow is a must win for our confidence heading into next season.

Last game against a top tier side, we need this. We get Kos and Gibbs back... and hopefully Wenger allows Ox to play in the center instead of Ramsey.

Ox was so good against AC Milan when he played in the center

RDM hinted after the Barça match he might rest some key players. If he does, we have to take advantage of that.
