Make some subs please. Arteta got it right on the road in the CL. Fingers crossed he can today at home vs City. Need to draw or win this one, can't be losing home games early in the season.

Eze has done more at 10 in 5 mins than Odegaard has done in 2 seasons

Sand thing is if this ends 1-0 Arteta won’t even think anything was wrong and we are still the best team.

2 1-0 losses to our 2 title rivals. I am so disappointed man.

And we have played decent in both. It sucks man. Feels like last season

Eze through the middle. I love you Odegaard but times up if last years shitty form continues.

Eze is absolutely World Class at picking a well time run or weighted pass.

2 assists this season already for Ez. I think my preferred lineup is the one today but Eze in place of Merino and Martinelli on the left. Martinelli and Gyokeres are too fast to not be playing together with Eze. Odegaard just slows things down too much

I said it Tuesday and I will say it again. Martinelli is a problem for defenses coming on as a sub late in the game with his pace.

Eze at the 10 please going forward.

Massive, massive point to get right at the end. 33 games left so not really worried, just can't be losing ANY games at home this year realistically.

2nd place after 5 games, we will take that for the time being.

Side note: In our last 5 games against City; Arteta becomes the first manager EVER to have played 5 straight against Pep Guardiola and not lose. (2-3-0).

We got a lot of bullshite from the media for playing for a draw at the Ethiad last year, Pep rolls up in a 5-4-1 to close that one out with some serious haram ball and I’ve not seen any media uproar yet

Didn’t get to watch, absolute malpractice to start Trossard. If you HAVE to you need a creative midfielder (Eze or Nwaneri)

Just inexcusable shite from Arteta. Trossard should be starting at Port Vale

Should have been: Martinelli/Gyokeres/Noni up front with Eze/Zubi/Rice midfield

City are vulnerable to runners, why not start 3 of them?

I think the Trossard thing is sort of shocking but also sort of overblown. He has 51 goal contributions for Arsenal. Don't think anyone outside of saka has that since Trossard got here

He honestly got better as the match went on. Only gripe is his pace and also that he doesn't try curlers into the top corner. He's amazing at it but doesn't try it.

ya, he got chased down pretty easily by Khusenov at the beginning of the game

speaking of pace, Gabriel doesn’t have it…Haaland smoked him on the run to goal and they started the same time. Saliba played that terribly as well

Haaland runs away from ANY player who can match him physically. Who is caching him, Martinelli? Dude is a freak.
