Yeah that first 20 minutes or so we looked all over the place. The midfield was out of sorts, none of them got close enough to dembele, just left him alone on that goal.

I like Saka working into the middle more, he’s so dangerous in there. MLS is such a tank, he created that Martinelli chance by himself

Can’t be super upset about this one, played too badly in the first 20 min or so, had 2 really good chances just couldn’t put them in

Odegaard is a real problem in games like these, just not near good enough

Sucks to lose, but could be much worse to be honest. Donnaruma is the best goalie on the planet, that man is the reason they beat Villa and the reason Trossard didn't score his phenomenal chance.

For the past 3 years, Arteta's Arsenal hasn't really lost big away games (in the league). Hoping we put away a big chances early on next week.

Ohhhdegaard has been off all year. For some reason he has only decided to play side to side or backwards. Shows that we need reinforcements in the middle.

If tweet fails to load, click here. This was the difference in the game, our normal 4-4-2 press was getting sliced open with Dembele dropping into midfield to receive. Credit to Arteta for switching up.
PSG had .4 xG through the 70th minute with their 2 biggest chances coming afterwards on Barcolas (Think this would have been off in the buildup) & Ramos shots. Their 3rd lowest xG output of the season (1-0 Loss to Bayern & 2-0 loss to us earlier in the season). Was also their lowest Possession % of the season. Outside of that first 20 min or so, we really deserved to win, prolly should have had 1 or 2 goals, but story of the season, couldn’t sneak one past the keeper.
We absolutely still have a chance, but we’re going to have to hit the ground running and generate some quality chances early, I don’t like our chances in an extra time game just because of the lack of attacking force off the bench
