Exactly. That kid has a bright future.
ETA: The winning goal for Vitoria was scored by Marcus Edwards. A former Tottenham player.

No, Arsenal fell into the number one spot thanks to Vitoria.

Oh, I misread his post.
Pepe sprained his knee supposedly.
I hope we continue with one striker rather than two. The only way Auba-Laca has worked is when we played a diamond in midfield, and I don't see Freddie doing that.

Özil and Arsenal about to deal with China like the NBA?
Özil supports Chinese Muslims, club distances.
Could get interesting.

I don't know how much business the club generates there and I don't want to see Arsenal suffer. But a large part of me would love for Stan Kroenke to lose money over that.

It’s laughable really. 15 minutes in I’m done for the day.

Looks like we might hire Arteta. Rumors have been heating up ever since the City loss. God I hope he turns into the next Pep or Zidane. Prayers sent to him if he takes the job. We are a certified mess atm.

I am excited about Arteta. Young and comes from a winning team. Will bring out some of Wenger’s leadership along with Pep. Reminds me of a Sean McVay type.

I like the idea of doing it now.
Season is a waste any way, let him get half a year to just get used to it without there being any pressure. And give him time to feel the squad out. Although I would probably get rid of everybody outside of Leno and Martinelli.

Crazy that Arsenal are only 7 points off of 4th place after this shite run.

Everton sacked their manager after us and hired a top shelf manager before us. It seems the Arsenal front office is fond of making the “easy” hire.
Oh well. It worked out for LSU with Ed Orgeron. But LSU got lottery-winning lucky. I guess with the shape this club is in, Arteta has the leeway for on-the-job training.
A proven, trophy-winning manager with success at the most prominent clubs in the world?
Nah, we don’t need that. Let’s go with a trainee.

Seeing rumors that Xhaka could be on the move to Hertha for 20-30m in January.

Arteta is official.

It's a gamble. Hopefully it pays off. I'm cautiously optimistic about Arteta. He was pegged by Wenger and Pep to become a good manager. Sterling also credited Arteta as one of the main reasons he went from inconsistent end product(mainly finishing) to one of the most productive players in the EPL the last couple of seasons. There were also whispers that City were comfortable with Arteta taking over for Pep if he were to leave after a couple more years with the club.

Ive always liked Arteta. I'm guessing he was strongly considered before. And yeah, City seemed ok with basically letting him take over whenever Pep left. And honestly, I trust the people in charge of that club more than Arsenal rt now.
And we are in such bad shape, hopefully fans will wait til next season to rip into Arteta.
