I just want to see us win the champions league.
Speaking of, this shite is heartbreaking

Yeah, that's not happening either.

Alexis to Chelsea?
I guess we'll continue to be a farm club for City, Utd, and Chelsea.

There's no way we sell to Chelsea. Psg, Bayern, and Juve are all interested. Surely we sell to a club not in England. The club can't afford to go through another Van Persie like saga.

If we sell Alexis to Chelsea, Wenger and the whole board should turn in their resignation letters the same day. That would be a disgrace.

I'm calling it now, we sell Mesut this summer and buy Griezmann.
Convert to a 4-4-2 with Giroud-Griezmann up front, Alexis wide left and one of Walcott, Perez (lol), Ox, & Rambo opposite of Alexis.
I think we'd have a really strong team right there, then I think we buy a new midfielder or two depending on who leaves.
Hopefully get some new blood in defense and in goal too, selling off the players not good enough.

If we did that we would contend for the league. But I don't see Arsene spending £85 million on Griezmann, even though he would no doubt be worth the money. I hope you are right though... He would fit perfect at Arsenal.

And yeah, he would fit like a glove. The way he and Giroud work for France already shows you what they're capable of. Now imagine Alexis beside them instead of Payet.
Gosh I'm getting too excited thinking about the possibilities

Okay so do y'all think Arsene is staying for sure now?
Posted on 3/31/17 at 11:37 am to GeauxHouston
I'd give it a 90% chance he stays.

Why do you do this to yourself? I think being a manure fan has deluded you into thinking positive thoughts about the transfer market.

I have to have some hope for the future
I think Wenger will do something this summer though.
Besides, United have struck out in the market lately. Pogba has been shitty, and Zlatan was free so they don't give me much hope

I don't see a successful transfer window if - 1. Wenger is still in charge 2. We don't make UCL
How are we supposed to attract top players when the club is such a mess? We have spent decently the last 3-4 years so I don't believe that money is as big a issue as it has been in the past. That said I don't see us spending 75 million on one player. Maybe if we were one player away from a title but we have a way to go before we reach that status(assuming Sanchez is leaving).

I think this may confirm that Wenger is staying. Maybe Vieira can bring some energy and a bit of freshness. Better than nothing I guess.

That sucks for NYC (and the MLS, he's a good coach) but great news for us.
If he can teach Xhaka, Coq & Elneny how to play more like he did that'd really help us.

So you think Arsenal will:
-Keep Alexis
-Sign Griezmann
-Win the league
-Win Europa
Holy delusion.

Biggest hint yet?

LONDON -- Arsene Wenger says he is planning for next season as if he is staying at Arsenal, and that the uncertainty around his own future won't affect the club's transfer activity.
