Haven’t watched the game yet but why no Torreira? He’s going to force Ozil to want to leave it’s obvious. And I guess giving the board a glimpse of life after Ramsey is way he’s usually out of the team.
We have too much money tied into CF as well. As good as Auba/Laca are... having them both as our 2 most valuable players is a bit redundant. We pay probably around 400k a week for that position alone.

Auba is on 200k, but Laca is only on 100k. Mkhitaryan is 180k

Auba has incentives in his contract that brings it to around $300 tho. But still, yes, way too much.

Obviously new manager needs time, but these lineup choices have me questioning him. We need to get in the CL for money. You left your two best midfielders on the bench.

Yea I don't get why he went away from what was working for us. We can't play 3 CBs. It doesn't make us any better defensively and it kills our creativity. I wish Emery and Ozil would work things out. We need him at least as an attacking option off the bench.

Great performance today. Hate it for Bellerin, looks serious and there was no contact. Really happy for Kos though, + playing two strikers worked really well today.
Also, we need to do anything within reason to keep Rambo. Offer £230k pw with the promise that no one else will earn more than him once Özil leaves. He’s worth it. Stuffed Jorginho for a good bit of the match.
