Anyone think the Mexicants lay down tonight to try to knock the US out of the World Cup?

No because all the US needs is a draw versus a terrible team.

There are plenty of guys from Mexico trying to show they would make good subs for Russia.

It would be just like them to try to pull something to hurt the US after the US saved them at the last second four years ago instead of playing hard and returning the favor.

All this is probably a moot point since T&T sucks but still.

As much as Mexico hates us, they also hate Honduras. They'd love to put the final nail in the coffin there. Plus, I think the guys competing for spots will try hard to prove they deserve a chance.

I think they hate us more. But they won’t try to lose. Even if they put out a shite lineup, playing time for the Messican bubble guys trying to earn a spot is invaluable.

Looking at Mexico's starting XI, it seems to be about the best eleven, surprisingly. Outside of Chicharito, all the big names are playing.

No. These are professional athletes. They will represent their country. Just like they are doing now.
