We'll see what they do.
I'm sure they'll start spending more but elections did just finish so, Mr A, Berlusconi may not make more splash headlines until just before the next ones.
It's never really been that Milan didn't have money (at least in the same sense PSG or Man City have it) since Berlusconi is worth €8billion.
