Ronaldo's at that point in the year where he's going to try an overhead kick whenever he gets the opportunity

For anyone to believe that diving isn't a legitimate part of soccer for better or worse is just being unreasonable. Literally everyone dives.

Ale Bedoya's strike against PSG was insane.

Zlatan's celebration-shot was pretty cool too.

You don't have a problem with a guy who celebrates like this:

diving a lot?

Literally everyone dives.

This is just wrong.

I thought Illarra was quality today, controlled the tempo and passed the ball very well. Like him as a player and wish he'd get some more games.

Meh I don't have a problem with celebrations in General. Especially from the best player in the world who happens to play for the club I support.

diving a lot?

Still no....it is a tactical part of the game.

Of course you're right I overgeneralized. However, like I said above diving is a tactical part of soccer that is within the current rules. If you don't like it change the rules.

I know I'd support it. Worst part of soccer.

Neither do I. My problem is a guy who celebrates by pointing out how strong he is and then goes down at the slightest gust of wind.

Why not? If the refs are calling it and it gives you a free kick or opportunity from the spot you keeping going with it.

Don't hate the player hate the game.

You can still hate a player for flopping regardless of whether it's within the confines of the rulebook or not.
