Rumored to be Paixao they are pushing for but apparently his agent wants a higher fee for himself thus blocking so far

Looks like the pursuit of Paixao is over and we've moved on. The Bard deal happened because of the injury to Rodon and to cover LB. Apparently he can play both. Should be an interesting day.
ETA: Apparently we are pursuing Bahoya whom I thought was going to the codheads.

If they get this deal and the LB officially over the line then this is a 8 or 9 out of 10 window
Just couldn’t get a striker through the door, but Okafor could rotate up top if needed and so could Bahoya

I think that's the plan. It was the same with Paixao. It'll be interesting to see if the Fofana deal still happens for the mackems once he actually sees Sunderland.
ETA: My pal just messaged me and said that a deal with Frankfurt has been reached.
