Is there a way to pick a team with the EPL Fantasy app that doesn’t have the 100$ restriction or 3 man per team limit? Don’t remember having this issue last year

He was already in the premier league with Arsenal so it is a valid pick. The restriction is for players that are transferred into the premier league after the draft starts

There isn't. If you're looking for a way to track your team on the PL fantasy site, you add the players on your TD roster to your watch list.
