Looks like Patrick has avoided stepping on any childrens toys and injuring himself as he appears to walk into training ground today for preseason.

How does Camara rate along side Adams? Based on that article it appears Camara would have a larger fee, and mentioned a triple move of Adams / Camara / De Ketelaere

Welp now the Brazilian prince will be putting his dazzling skills against us twice a year.

But if the fee really is 60-65 million then I am okay

Yea i accepted he’d stay in the league since barca are poor but im glad the fee is appropriate.

I expect Victor to move quickly on the likes of Gakpo and either Adams or Camara now. Also about to see if the CDK interest is legit.

Did he have a knee injury? That’s called a biodex test for quad and hamstring strength

Would a baseline from that test be valuable? From the video I saw it looked like everyone was going through it.

That makes sense then. Probably getting a baseline to use as a goal for rehab if needed in the future. (There are probably better tests than this one but a lot of high level teams don’t use those it seems)

Definitely this. Plus I’m sure they can use some of that info to test fatigue/recovery if needed

Biodex is still pretty highly thought of when it comes to ACL and knee rehabs

I’m sure they’re also using force plates (I know I’ve seen Liverpool use them) and some of that other stuff

Red Bull Salzburg have excused Mohamed Camara from their pre-season training camp, so midfielder can resolve his future. Leeds have been in direct contact with his representatives. 22-year-old is valued between £17m-£25m & wants PL move. Brighton also in mix.

Also Cresswell apparently going out on loan with Millwall and Sunderland involved.

It’s great for assessing quad and hamstring strength relative to the contralateral side. For basic return to play criteria it’s ok. We still need better ways to clear these athletes and I think more advanced censor technology (and measuring more than quad/hamstring strength) would be helpful. This is actually my current area of research.

We’re using some new technology this year for injury management and prevention (zone7 or something) think Liverpool uses it too
