Reguilón is a purchase with a buy-back clause. Sounds like Bale will be on loan.
I can understand ManU not wanting the buy-black clause, but it makes a lot of sense for Spurs IMO. They upgrade the position immediately and worst case scenario RM trigger the buy-back next year and Spurs profit 10-15M.
