That's not what even bugs me about our transfer policy.
It's waiting until the last week of the summer window to get a player, so that he has no time to get integrated into the team and ends up having a horrible start.

I just wanted to point it out because it was a funny typo.
I agree with your point though. Maybe Michy will be an ok addition but that team needs Reus back with the quickness and needs Puli baby to find his form and start producing some end product.
