Derby County have signed forward Tom Ince from Hull City on a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee - here's what Derby fans can look forward to seeing.
Should have gone to Inter when he had the chance.

The club's second first-team captain has no intention to rectify his decision to put an end to the brilliant career he has had with 'Los Blancos'. This is no hot-headed decision, but rather one that has been meditated, and from what MARCA has been able to discover, is irrevocable. Although it may break his heart, Ramos is prepared to do something that just a year ago was thought to be unthinkable: say goodbye to Real Madrid.
For Ramos this is a decision regarding his life. It's not a matter of negotiating for more money; the player needs a different scene, to make a fresh start somewhere else. The salary squabbles might have been the beginning of his thoughts to look for pastures new, but that is no longer an issue for the defender.
Months ago, player and club were locked in a struggle, negotiating how much the man from Seville should be paid for his services. The two parties were at loggerheads and no common ground could be reached. The abyss between what the player wanted and what the club was prepared to give was so great that the job of building bridges has proved impossible.
Now none of this matters, because Ramos no longer cares how much the suits at the Bernabéu are prepared to pay him. He feels that the poor relationship that he now has with Florentino Pérez is irreparable and that the smear campaign against him and his agent and brother René, labelling them as mercenaries, has left a wound that will never fully heal if he stays on.
Moreover, the defender has witnessed the miserable time that his teammate and friend Iker Casillas has had at the hands of the Bernabéu faithful, and does not want to be subjected to any similar abuse. His mind is made up. He wants out.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport claims that Bjarnason was set for a £700,000 move to Torino this month and the deal looked set for completion. However the stumbling block was at the personal terms, where Bjarnason and his agent demanded €500,000 per year as opposed to the €450,000 that Torino were offering.
This higher wage was demanded after an agreement was made between the two parties, which may suggest that Leeds came in with a bid at the last minute as they are in the market for a central midfielder and left winger, two positions that Bjarnason can play in.
back in the mix for this iceland guy

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is ready to smash the club's transfer record by paying £14million for QPR striker Charlie Austin, according to reports in the Sun on Sunday.
The south-coast club have already broken their record once this summer with the signing of left-back Tyrone Mings from Ipswich, but reports state they could be set to beat it once more.

Thor was extremely good for Pescara this season, whenever I watched.
However, he did create quite a controversy to end his career there:
He was Pescara's captain and skipped their final promotion playoff match at the very last minute to play in a Euro qualifier for Iceland.
Without him, their surprising run ended in defeat to Bologna in a close, back and forth match that could have gone either way.
So you may not hear Pescara fans say the nicest things about him which is really unfortunate as he was probably their most popular player before bailing on the final.

Seems Roma has agreed to personal terms with Augsburg LB Baba.
I don't assume this is close to a done deal though. I think Roma is still trying to work a deal with Torino to get both LB/RM Darmian and RB Peres and the Baba negotiations are a bit more the backup plan.
Also, it seems that Roma has also reached personal term agreements with both Dzeko and Mitrovic. I feel the same about this as Baba: not certain it means that signing either of them is imminent and could be that Roma is still going after a different target with these options in their back pocket.
