hypothetical: if the two played each other, what would the outcome be?

Donovan scores a hat trick and USMNT 2010 beats Jurgy and his irrational hatred for Landycakes 4-1.

Fabian would wax the 2010 defense with his runs up the wing.

2014 Jones and Fabian would dominate. 2010 Landon would be the only counter to them.

The 2010 squad played above themselves.
We started Ricardo Clark, Robbie Findley, Jonathan Bornstein, and Oguchi Onyewu on one good knee.

lol does Donovan know that he will be left off of the 2014 team when this game takes place?
On a serious note, timmy is playing at the same level. DMB, Deuce, MB, JJ, Jozy (if he can play in this hypo) are all better than they were 4 years ago

No but he is confused why his future self is nowhere to be found. He then assumes that he dies before 2014 and decides to take a hiatus, not knowing that it would eventually lead to his exclusion.

I seriously laughed at this for a couple of minutes

Glad I could make you laugh. In all seriousness, I don't see how anyone could make a case for the 2010 team even being close to this squad. Bornsucko would get destroyed by these guys.

Honestly, I would say 2-0 or 3-0 for the 2014 team. The US is much better than four years ago.

I generally try not to think about the 2010 team.

Bob Bradley did really well with that team.
