The team with the better D
our starting qb, who had been the most efficient qb in the SEC, choked, and our offensive playcalling from that point on was horrendously conservative. that does not equate to you having a better D. your "vaunted" run d and running game was beat 149 yards to 96

Maybe we'll find a kicker at some point too.
Dude, I really feel for you guys here. Guy should be cut tomorrow.

They would have been good from 10 yards closer. He's been pushing them way right all year.

But dude, they were from 45+ yards away! Should'nt Saban had punted and made our pathetic offense try to drive the ball the distance of the field?

LSU didn't even look like the same offense we have run all year long
Clearly JJ was the plan to loosen up Bama
It's just darn shame Lee threw that first pick, because he was primed to dice up Bama
It got into his head, and he was done, or I should say Les was done with him..
He will remain the starter...time to move along

I swear this must be like the 10th time in the last 3 years I've heard that the better team lost after LSU won. And how lucky lsu was..
If you do it over and over and over again.. Is it still luck?

Would you go drink yourself into a fricking coma already? You've done nothing but make shitty posts and threads since the game ended.
Also, good game LSU. This one hurt pretty badly, but I'll be pulling for you the rest of the way.

You're surprised at this? Dude was clearly a delusional pussy before his team got stuffed at home.

Y'all have a fantastic fanbase. Too bad you're not one with that program.

He's on scholarship because he suppose to be a kicker with long range. He hasn't hit a long FG all year. It's not just this game. He has pushed everything to the right. He's 1-5 this year. I don't expect every FG from that range to be hit, but can't they at least be close? At least make one?

You would be wrong. Alabama has two specialist on scholarship. Jay Williams and Cade Foster. Another kicker will be a member of the 2012 class.

No fricking way he nails three 50 yard fields goals. NFLers can't be asked to do that.

From how far right he pushed the 1st one, he would have missed it from 25 yds.

What all of the missed Bama FGs showed me was that Nick knew he was facing a defense that was at least as good as his and knew that he did not have an offense capable of picking up a 4th down conversion. LSU beat him and his team by putting them in that situation over and over and by overcoming some big mistakes on both sides of the ball by making some bigger plays.
Posted on 11/6/11 at 12:16 am to LSU Patrick
His last miss was McCarrons fault...bad hold and ball was angled.

LSU's defense has been playing lights out all year against everyone.
Bama's D shut LSU's offense down like no other team in the country would have.
Your defense is damn good. I thought too much passing by Bama would be to LSU's advantage and vice versa. With LEE's picks, it looked like your DB's would be the difference. LSU's matched them with big plays.
Special teams was key for LSU.
