Found this on nola.com:
For one thing, Miles noted, even if the ruling had been LSU ball, the Tigers would have still needed to go more than 65 yards for a winning score. LSU hadn't shown that kind of offensive muscle since Jefferson and Scott had left. What's more, Alabama still had a third-and-7, and thus LSU had another chance to get off the field and get the ball. It was not to be.

Did Miles really say that? Nice vote of confidence in your players, Les.

I'm going to go against the grain here...I think Miles is a good coach. He does not lose very many and has won championships for LSU.
I know you guys are down about the game. But I think Miles is a good coach and has proved it. I remember some of our fans being pissed at Saban too after Utah and ULM.

LSU fans dont deserve MIles. They shite on him for yrs and go jekyl and hyde on his arse with every loss and win. They lost 2 two of the best 3 teams in cfb and as usual some are crying foul just like against Auburn and anyone else that beats them.

But... but... but... that INT could have won the game for LSU?
Bammer conspiracy!
I'm going to cry, anyone have a corndog?

Saban went for it on 4th? Was it because he lacked confidence in his players. I'm not a big Les fan, but quit being a dumbass!

Yeah, I missed that one. I thought the Ingram TD vs. OM was in the third. I was corrected. It was in the second. My bad.

I don't disagree with any of what Les said. He was trying to take the focus off the horrendous call and say that there would still have been work to do. We still had our chances. Saban would have said the same exact thing.
No one thinks that the INT would have iced the game for LSU. But, it would have given us a chance and that is all that could be asked for after Peterson made an incredible play.
