I want nothing to do with a bama rematch

I don't care if the game is in New Orleans, if we play Bama 10 times each team wins 5.

I agree. They are the 2nd best team by far, but they had their chance at home.

Look, I'm all about giving them respect, but let's be honest with ourselves. LSU is the better team and would win the majority of the time.

dude it's closer than you think. I don't want a rematch either. We came out with the win in Tuscaloosa in front of 90,000 of their fans.

I want no part of a rematch. Give us someone else, I'll even take Boise St. I'm immensely happy/thankful we got out of that place with a huge W. They are a great team and we happened to be better tonight.

They beat us on the run and the pass and they had the chance to win with field goals.
I don't want to play them again. They are as good as we are, if not better. I'm not so much of a homer that I won't give respect when it is due.

LSU and Bama couldn't play 10 games. After 3-4 games everyone would be injured.

Why should LSU have to beat Bama twice to potentially win the BCSNCG, while Bama would only have to beat LSU once.

So you're basically saying that we played poorly and STILL won on the road? Special teams is part of the game every season; it's not a fluke. We had the better special teams coming in, and we won due to the play of our special teams.
The better team doesn't lose a game of this magnitude at home. Our boys were mentally tougher in a game that both sides were equally tough physically. The better team wins games like today. Bama is great and definitely the second best team in the country, but they are just that...the SECOND best team in the country.
