Guess what? I’ve taken vitamin D, zinc, exercised and eaten healthy for 3 years. Guess how long it’s been since I had so much as the sniffles?

They’re corrupt to the core, they stole an election stepping on freedoms that were paid for with blood, they sell a crackheads water colors for payback, in front of everybody, and this same group is supposed to guide us on what’s best for our health? Of course it changes all the time. That we orient ourselves around certain physical, chemical, and biological features doesn't mean we have a description of every one of those features. You're assuming we have descriptions of every aspect of 'science,' which we don't. Those descriptions are areas of contention, if you ever followed the development of any major idea.
