Those who have money to invest, invest it where money can be made.
Being an entrepreneur, then becoming president is much different than being a middling citizen that turns into a millionaire like so many members of congress have become.

Kaz Resources appears to be the publicly named holding company for the project, with the site identifying it as a U.S.-based mining investment and development firm founded by Pini Althaus, and saying Cove Kaz Capital Group is one of its portfolio companies. The company’s own materials and related releases also say Kaz Resources is the combined entity created from Skyline Builders and Cove Kaz Capital Group, with Cove Kaz holding 70% of the Kazakhstan tungsten venture and Tau-Ken Samruk holding 30%. [pulse2](LINK
On the ownership question, the clearest sourcing I found is that Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump bought into Skyline Builders through a vehicle tied to Dominari Securities, and that the merged company later became Kaz Resources. Reporting also says the project received up to $1.6 billion in potential U.S. government-backed financing commitments, including interest from EXIM and DFC, but those are financing letters of interest, not proof that the U.S. government owns the company. [caspianpost](LINK
So the claim is partly true and partly overstated: there is reporting that Trump-family-linked investors and Howard Lutnick’s sons may profit from the broader deal, but I did not find evidence that the U.S. government “owns” Kaz Resources or that any government subsidy is a direct ownership stake. The more accurate description is a private, U.S.-backed critical minerals company with politically connected investors and possible government-backed financing. [businesswire](LINK
If you want, I can break down the ownership chain in a simple org chart.

Yeah, none of this is being exaggerated at all!

Question..
How did the Trump Organization make billions before Donald Trump was President?
After he became President did people expect the Trump organization to just close and shut down?
You're wasting your time trying to reason with these fools.

The core timeline in that story is **supported by public reporting**: federal disclosures show Trump bought Axon stock on Feb. 10, and ICE posted a Feb. 24 notice seeking a five-year, $220 million Taser contract for about 17,800 devices plus cartridges and training. Reporting also says the procurement notice did not name Axon directly, but the specifications were widely described as matching Axon’s products. [finance.yahoo](LINK
What is **not yet proven** is that Trump had inside knowledge or that the contract was awarded because of his purchase. The reporting I found says there is no public evidence that Trump was involved in the procurement process or that the contracting officials knew about his stock purchase. It is also important that the ICE posting was a notice seeking vendors, not a final contract award. [console.sweetspotgov](LINK
So the factual claim is: yes, the stock purchase and the ICE notice happened in that sequence. The stronger implication — that this was an intentional corruption scheme or that Axon definitely won a contract because Trump bought the stock — is **not established** by the evidence in the sources I found. When Congresspeople use inside information to get rich by insider trading, that is a violation of federal criminal law, but these people are never punished for their crimes.
Has Trump and his family broken any laws here? If so, I'm sure we would hear about that from mass media.
When Trump is getting richer by committing crimes, let us know. We want the law enforced, whether it is Dem Congresspeople doing Insider Trading or a GOP POTUS doing it.

Pelosi shadiness is JV compared to this
People in Congress coming into office with modest net worths and becoming worth tens / hundreds of millions of dollars while in office on a $170K salary isn't JV shadiness.
As long as the Trump kids aren't leveraging their dad's political office in order to get these business deals done, then I don't care. Is it not reasonable to expect that when the heirs take over the reins to companies with billions in investments, that they might diversify a bit based on their own interests compared to what their father was doing? But if they're engaged in corruption, prosecute them.

You weren't crying about Hunter, who didn't make or do anything other than his Dad being Senator and President. What successful businesses did his Dad own before going into politics? What about Hunter?
Is the Trump family supposed to fold all their businesses because their Dad is President for a few years? They supposed to turn legit business deals down? What unethical or illegal behavior are they engaged in?
Answer those questions... then STFU.

we can see how highly offended you are that the Trump organization continues in business.
We know what a long time advocate against this kind of corruption in govt you have been.
Of your 9 billion posts on this site like 96% of them have been of this type of watchdog mindset right?
