Idk what was going on, regardless... the folks impeding her attempt to drive away and stood in front of the car got what they deserved. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Whether or not she was intoxicated doesn't matter to me in this situation.
Their is such a thing as personal responsibility, idiots taunting a car then stand in front of it deserve to win a stupid prize.
