I'm not sure I really agree with this but I do think the board's conduct is a reaction (overreaction) to what's going on in the world. Personally, I get nothing close to "bombarded" on the vaccine and I live in a large, democratic city.

Again, confirming what i said above. You have preconceived notions that are not necessarily true amongst the majority of posters. While i have seen 1 or 2 posters make this claim, i have seen the same amount making the equally stupid claim for vaccines.
The new trend, evidenced by this thread, is the die hard pro covid shot people saying, "why won't you get a vaccine that Trump made". Stupidity comes in all forms.
