Well sure, nothing Bongino could have done about that. I think he and Kash both got caught up in their private sector lives like many here did regarding JE. Once they got to the FBI realized there isn’t much that can be done anymore. It wasn’t “protecting pedos” The FBI had a damn good year in 2025 with Bongino there.

In the event that a criminal is arrested for a crime and is emailing other people using commonly accepted codes related to the crime said convicted criminal was arrested for the individuals associated with those communications would be investigated including subpoenas for phone records, emails etc.
Why in this case were none of the people he was emailing investigated?

That’s a question for the old DOJ and FBI. There’s not much that can be done if anything now regarding old creepy emails.

I’d say arresting 7 of the top 10 in one year and drastically increasing the amount of missing kids found and big increases in violent criminals is pretty good. You can’t step on the constitution and arrest “famous and rich meanies” because you need a perp walk.

Emailing a guy you signed over your billion dollar financial portfolio to who was running a global trafficking organization means you were probably doing some things the police would be interested in and no one ever checked per their own interviews.
If Epstein had access to his money it’s incredibly likely some of that was tied up in the illegal activities whether knowingly or not, yet again no further investigation as to whether that occurred or even why a billionaire gave Epstein POI in the first place.
Anyone else would’ve been investigated and they didn’t lift a finger. Why?

Depends on whether it could be established that there was an ongoing criminal conspiracy within the limitations which in the case of sex trafficking are pretty long.
