If they can do this over covid, they can do it with anything.

quote:

A Kentucky couple has been forced to wear ankle monitors after a woman who tested positive for COVID-19 refused to sign health department documents that would limit her travel without permission.

Maybe some one can refresh my memory but didn't we have a certain female health worker get exposed to Ebola and flaunted house quarantine by riding a bicycle? I don't recall ankle bracelets.

I would probably be in jail for the assault that would’ve occurred.

Generally I have no problem with quarantines, although I think for covid they really don't serve much of a purpose.

Why did she get tested?

Sounds right. I seem to remember her flying to Dallas to get measured for a wedding dress and ended up exposing more people and indirectly killing the dress shop through bad publicity.

According to the video the health dept rep went in front of a judge and falsely stated that the woman refused to quarantine.

I’d be calling the DOJ.

Yeah my understanding was that to the health department wanted her to sign off on paperwork that would require them to check in before leaving the house.

Including for medical treatment.

The couple balked because they aren’t waiting for the state to get off their arse if they have to go to the ER.

This is exhibit A of why I will never take the test even if I suspect that I have the virus. I will self quarantine for the sake of others.

I will never give the government the opportunity to limit my freedom.

On Saturday, Elizabeth Linscott of Hardin County got tested for COVID-19 because she was planning to go visit her parents in Michigan.

“My grandparents wanted to see me, too,” Elizabeth Linscott said. “So, just to make sure if I tested negative, that they would be OK, that everything would be fine.”

Did I see what I thought I saw? The husband wearing a MAGA cap? A clear and present threat to the nation’s public health and security. Quarantine them till November 4!

Oh I see. Generally I don't have an issue with this but the State should be supplying them with basic supplies if they want people to stick in their house.

As a generalization, I don't really have a problem with quarantines although I think its kind of crazy for rona.

My family was in quarantine for a false TB test when I was a child.

The test is basically worthless in her case as she could have it but its far enough along to test positive or she could pick up it up while testing.

says a lot about you and nothing good. You probably wouldn't have had a problem with all the Jews being rounded up either.

IF, IF they had not politicized this, most people would do anything they could to lessen and defeat this Covid stuff. However because they have weaponized the flu it has caused people to take sides. No more lines in the sand, they are etched in cement now.

Well, that's not unreasonable.
