Face it,Opiods have been defecto "legal" the last 20 years.Doctors were prescribing them like Chiclets and if you had insurance you could a months supply for $15.00
So if they're already defacto legal, just make them legal, tax them, and regulate them
I guarantee you'd see less ODs because there wouldn't be black market Chinese fentanyl flooding the market

I can go get opioids from a doctor tomorrow if I want. Or ANYONE can walk into a methadone clinic and get put on methadone. The war on drugs is a fricking joke.

This is the one thing I can agree with the Libies on.
The plan is to GIVE them away at health clinics. We offer treatment, or let them use all they want.
Put them in a dumpster when they're done. Bring school kids on tours to show them the truth first hand.

Im as conservative as they come but I think the war on drugs is the biggest crock of shite known to man. Take the black market out by legalizing it all and watch the crime drastically go down. This will never happen though because too many jobs depend on fighting the war on drugs.
