You do know the Ukrainian constitution states that no elections can be held during a time of war. So should he change the constitution? That seems like something a dictator would do

The Ukrainian constitution also guarantees “Everyone shall have the right to freedom of personal philosophy and religion” in Article 35…however the Ukrainians are arresting and imprisoning priests, deacons and laypersons of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church round the clock.
