Proliferation of what?
If a similar or worse regime takes over, either nothing changes or it gets worse. There don't seem to be any options that aren't in those 2 groups as replacement.
Whatever you're worried about proliferating with this regime also should be a concern with all replacement options

No they don't. We have also proven agreement incapable. Per Joe Kent, we undercut the MOU immediately two ways:
- Sent Rubio to Lebanon to cut a parallel deal.
- Opened up a corridor without the Iranians' consent in violation of the MOU.

How Russia and Iran are anti-globalist?
The largest anti-globalist countries are Russia and China. Russia has multiple proxies that do its bidding, including Iran. They had Venezuela until Trump toppled the Russian-supported regime.
China and Russia act in their own interest and want to attack the global order that put America as the world hegemon, and then European competition (this is more Russia, because they're a third world shithhole. The EU is why they started this conflict with Ukraine).
