This might explain the leaking and the rumors of "chaos" that Maggie Halberman at NYT keeps reporting. Anyone ever wondered who the frick keeps leaking to Maggie Halberman? It's always her.
Edit: It's possible that Halper simply schmoozed Navarro (without Navarro knowing what was up) in order to get inside. Just like Halper sucked up to Page/Papa.
