Was it Alabama or Mississippi that wanted to make it a crime to seek out an abortion in another state? One of them actually discussed it during all the Roe v Wade stuff a few years ago.

Pretty sure that a lawsuit could be handed back to him for implying Alabama state law would do this and ALEA (Alabama State Troopers)
I would have a judge immediately order this off the air.
I would like to know any station in Alabama that actually aired this.

Don't remember if either state had that, but Texas had either proposed it or had it struck down in court a year or two ago.
