What you mean to say is that twice as many white people are killed by police. You misquoted your statistic but that's okay.
What the real statistic shows us that while twice as many white people are killed by police, black people are only 17% of the population. Statistically speaking it should be much higher than just twice as many.

Look at the crime statistics and maybe you may want to revisit that thought . Blacks and Latinos kill whites at 10 times the amount of people than they are subjected to . Last year 1 million whites were killed at the hands of these two groups in America. While AA and Latinos accounted for about 100,000 . Now before you spout off consider white Americans outnumber those two groups about 10 :1 in population. And why is it not a tragedy when AA kill each other or why is it not a tragedy when a AA kills a white person ? Please check your BS at the door before you enter this room

As an absolute percentage, African American males are only 0.061% more likely to be shot by police than white males. 100 out of 100,000 versus 39 out of 100,000.
That a straight number comparison and doesn’t account for any other differences, level of criminal behavior, percentage of police encounters, urban versus rural.

Why the unarmed qualifier? Wouldn't it be easy to influence those statistics by stating that every person killed was carrying a pocket knife and therefore armed?

So what's exactly the complaint, then?
That blacks are unarmed and therefore no threat or that they only have a knife and not a big enough threat?
