No. I’m gonna go with saying “Murder is a crime” does nothing to make the case that someone is a murderer. You have not connected the statement that “X is a crime” to “Trump did X.” Your post is half-assed, literally.
Alan Dershowitz disagrees with you, and I am fairly confident he knows more about the law than this whole board put together.
