He got his stomach stapled like Al Roker. It's easy to tell who's had the surgery because it causes them to have a really big head on a skinny body. They look almost like human bobble heads.

I remember him being a regular on the Morton Downey Jr show, which was enough to convince me he was just a con artist trying to cash in. And yeah, he was fat as hell back then.
Not that I'd ever want to see, but dude has to look awful without clothes on. There's no way you shed about 250 lbs as an adult without ending up with seriously loose flaps of skin hanging everywhere.
