How do you sustain a civil society when certain sects.of people feel they never need to be accountable for their actions?

More prisons, longer sentences, harsh labor at prisons, and quick public execution when evidence is undeniable.

In your example it is forced, so no.

It seems that we have a segment of the population that does not want to live in a civilized society. It's even gotten to the point where I see so-called leaders of this group comparing civilization to racism.

And if you are at the point were you believe that basic civilization is racism then you are not fit to live in a civilized society and need to go off and find your own thing. A warlord system perhaps.

You doh't feel safe when you go out in public and go to work, assuming you actually go out in public more than a few times a week and have a job?

If you're someone who's "watching their 6" in the grocery store parking lot and scanning for bogeys, your issues aren't black people - your issues are with your sanity.

In my example, the three train cars, it is not forced... maybe I didn’t write it out clearly- but the third train car is for anyone and everyone who wants to sit in it- whites, blacks, purple people eaters- anyone.

Blacks could choose the black car OR the integrated car, whites could choose the white car OR the integrated car.

So, not forced.

I'm content to keep those simply segregated by biological sex.

You overlook where my train car scenario has an integrated car.

Why do you ignore that?

Because you are still denying choice in two of the cars.

Segregaton has no place in our society. Period. It's a racist ideology.

How would that look exactly?

One side would look like Chicago and the other would look like Great Falls, Virginia. I'll let you figure who lives where.

That would only be true if the third, integrated car were not in play.

My experiment ENSURES choice.

They get to keep Chicago? What about NYC? Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia or Boston? They just to keep all of our greatest cities for themselves?

Sure, but 12.8% of the population wouldn't fill all of those cities.

...and the term "great" is very subjective.
