That blue graphic is spot on for the first two panels and complete hogwash for the rest. The inability of most folks to understand probability is crippling for discussions like these. To understand this consider a similar situation but with inanimate objects instead of with people.
If there are 100 red cars and 50 blue cars parked in a parking lot would you expect the 100 red cars to be parked next to a blue car more frequently than one of the 50 blue cars would be parked next to a red car? Of course not; the numbers would be the same by necessity. By the same reasoning, if blacks and whites were no different at all other than their race we would expect the crimes against each other to be equally numerous (the blacks would have fewer criminals but more targets). But using the (il)logic of the third and fourth panes, we would conclude that blacks were five times more violent than whites when, in fact, and in this example, they are identical.

No. I am saying that the first two panes are correct, which show that blacks are about five times more violent than whites. I’m also saying that the last three panes are numerical illiteracy.

Your logic is fatally incorrect or your presentation is not wort trying to decipher.
The simple fact is that blacks commit drastic crime way more often than their percentage of the population would suggest.
Try doing your example theorizing people all of one race , sex, and religion. Only 20 percent of them wear plain underwear and other 8” percent wear plaid underwear.
Compare plain on plaid murder rate with white on black murder rate.

My “fatally incorrect” logic shows exactly that.
Please go back and re-read. I said the first two panes (which show black violence to be greater on a per capita basis) are correct. It’s the last three panes that are incorrect and I explained why about as simply as it can be explained.

It's not even 6%. Most of the crime is being committed by black males between the ages of 15 and 30. Once past 30 criminal rates drop close to the average for everyone else. There is a big problem with young black men being very violent. All young men in this age group though, all races, are the most violent in their respective subgroups. So white young men are way more violent than white old men etc.
Reality is that our society is built for women, the standards are for women. A male society would have other avenues to channel this violence and make it less destructive.

They don't need to channel their violence, they need to learn discipline and emotional regulation We need more adult male leaders
